What is IVN and what’s your role there?
IVN Digital Agency is a Krakow-based full-service digital agency that has been building complex websites, online stores, and web applications for 17 years, as well as running effective marketing campaigns that realistically increase revenue. My role is the CTO.
What estimation challenges were you trying to solve?
Transitioning from word-of-mouth marketing to active brand communication required a tool that could eliminate operational chaos and emphasize the agency's professionalism from the first point of contact. As a result, we were trying to address the following problems:
